Terms of Service for Dice Duel

Welcome to Dice Duel, a mobile game developed and operated by Duel Studios Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dice Duel (“App”) on both Apple and Android platforms. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dice Duel. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Dice Duel solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App.

1. Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.

Dice Duel may offer virtual goods, currency, or subscriptions (“In-App Purchases”). By making an In-App Purchase, you agree that:

• All sales are final and non-refundable.
• Prices and availability of In-App Purchases may change without notice.
• You have the legal right to authorize the payment.

For users on Apple devices, In-App Purchases are managed by Apple, and their terms apply. For Android users, Google’s payment terms apply.

You agree not to:

1. Use the App for unlawful purposes.
2. Cheat, hack, or interfere with the App’s functionality.
3. Engage in harassing, abusive, or harmful behavior towards other users.
4. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the App.

If you submit or create content in the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as part of the App experience.

All rights, title, and interest in Dice Duel, including but not limited to graphics, gameplay, and software, are owned by Duel Studios Inc. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Dice Duel is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s functionality, availability, or suitability for your purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duel Studios Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold Duel Studios Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of San Francisco California  without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Effective Date” and, where appropriate, providing additional notice within the App.
